Culinary Training for the residents of Pardamean Sibisa Village, Motung and Sigapiton, Ajibata Sub-District, Toba Regency was held by the Governing Body of Lake Toba Authority (BPODT).
The training aims to prepare citizens in the authoritative zone of BPODT ready to meet the Toba Caldera to become a world tourism area.
Director of Tourism Industry and Tourism Institutional Governing Body of Lake Toba Authority (BPODT) M Rommy Fauzi explained this culinary training will take place from October 22 to November 13, 2020. BPODT partnered with Medan Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Medan) to share knowledge for residents in three villages in the Caldera area.
